I am not very comfortable with technology. Can a family member assist me during the sessions?

The sessions are open only to registered participants. A family member could assist you prior, but please ensure you have the needed privacy once the session starts.

After your registration, you will go through a check-in process which also ensures you are able to log in to the platform. The platform is simple and can be used by anyone. A dedicated helpline will be available in case you need further support.
